General Terms and Conditions for Online Pickup Order at Urkervisspecialist

By placing an online pick-up order with Urkervisspecialist, you agree to our terms and conditions as described below:

You can place an order through our website. Upon receipt of your order, we will send you a confirmation email containing the details of your order and the pick-up time.

Payment of your order can be made via iDeal or with cash or debit card upon collection of your order. All prices on our website include VAT and other taxes.

If you wish to cancel your order, we ask you to do so as soon as possible. You can cancel your order by contacting us on 0317 413 444. If you cancel your order after we have started preparing it, we may charge you part of the amount.

Pick up time
We do our best to have your order ready on time at your chosen pick-up time. If your order is delayed for any reason, we will inform you as soon as possible and work with you to find a solution.

We guarantee the quality and freshness of our products at the time of collection. If you are not satisfied with the quality of your products, we ask you to contact us directly on 0317 413 444 so that we can look for a solution.

We are not liable for damage, loss or injury caused by our products, except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence.

We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions. If there are any changes, we will notify you. By placing an order after the changes to these terms and conditions, you agree to the changed conditions.

Applicable law
Dutch law applies to these general terms and conditions. In the event of a dispute between you and Urkervisspecialist, we will do our best to reach an amicable settlement. If this is not possible, the dispute will be submitted to the competent Dutch court.
